筑波技術大学概要2018―201914第3期中期目標・中期計画における本学の機能強化構想第3期中期目標・中期計画における本学の機能強化構想Framework for strengthening NTUT’s functions under the third mid-term goals and plans平成16年度に法人化された国立大学は、平成28年度から第3期中期目標期間に入っています。社会が求める国立大学法人の目指すべき姿として、「各国立大学が形成する強み・特色を最大限に生かし、自ら改善・発展する仕組みを構築することで持続的な「競争力」を持ち、高い付加価値を生み出していくこと。」が求められています。これらの社会的期待に応えるため、本学の機能強化として「四半世紀にわたる聴覚・視覚障害学生に対する教育ノウハウと情報保障技術を基盤とするナショナルセンター機能の強化」をビジョンに掲げ、次の4つの戦略を柱として機能強化に取り組んでいきます。また、各戦略にはそれぞれ「評価指標」が設定されており、これらの「評価指標」を達成すべく、各戦略のもとに8つの「取組」を設定し、実施していきます。National universities privatized as national university corporations in FY 2004 now find themselves in the 3rd mid-term objective period from FY 2016. To play an ideal role as a national university corporation as requested by society, we are resolved to demonstrate our sustainable competitive power and create high added-values by fully capitalizing on our strengths and features, and building the structure which enables us to evolve and develop proactively.To meet such social expectations, we are determined to be engaged in the reinforcement of our functionality under the following 4 strategies with the vision that our functionality as a national university corporation must be reinforced based on educational know-how and information security technology for students with auditory and visual difficulties, which we have developed over the past quarter of a century. Moreover, by establishing a performance index for each strategy, we define and implement 8 undertakings under strategies for the purpose of achieving those performance indexes.取組1Undertaking 1聴覚・視覚障害者を対象とした特別支援学校との高大接続教育拠点の充実・強化Enhance and reinforce special-needs schools and high school and university linking education bases for people with hearing and/or visual disabilities取組2Undertaking 2取組3Undertaking 3取組4Undertaking 4視覚障害学生の能動的学修を実現する、新たな環境の整備Build a new learning environment which facilitates the active learning of students with visual disabilityT-TACとPEPNet-Japanの再構築と障害学生支援のグローバル化Rebuild the T-TAC and PEPNet-Japan, and globalize the support system for students with disabilitiesダイバーシティ推進時代におけるリーダー人材育成のための実践的グローバル教育基盤の構築と国際交流加速センターの設置Construct the foundation of the practical global education for turning out leading human resources and open a center for international exchange in the middle of the diversity promotion age取組5Undertaking 5取組6Undertaking 6視覚障害学生に特化した職域拡大を目指した教育モデルの確立Establish education models aimed at expanding occupational fields specifically for students with visual disability聴覚・視覚障害者のための就労支援と事業所における情報保障環境整備と障害理解啓発の促進Offer employment assistance for people with hearing and/or visual disabilities, build an information security environments for business places and promote the understanding and awareness concerning disabilities取組7Undertaking 7取組8Undertaking 8障害者スポーツがつなぐ障害者と健常者の相互理解と情報保障技術を用いた競技用具の研究開発Promote mutual understanding between people with and without disabilities through the sports for people with disabilities; and research and develop sporting equipment through the use of information security technologies東京オリンピック・パラリンピック等の国際競技大会等における、聴覚・視覚障害者への情報保障に関する技術支援の実施Provide technological support regarding the information security for people with hearing and/or visual disabilities aiming for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games戦略1 高大連携・接続の推進Strategy 1: Promote high school and university partnership and linking戦略2 障害学生への支援機能の強化とグローバル化Strategy 2: Reinforce and globalize the support functionality for students with disabilities戦略3 合理的配慮を踏まえた職域拡大への支援Strategy 3: Support for the expansion of the occupational field on the basis of a rational foresight戦略4 情報保障技術を用いた社会貢献の推進Strategy 4: Promote social contribution through the use of information security technologies
